Terms & Conditions

Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of services includes window washing, frame cleaning, and other related tasks as agreed upon between the Company and the Customer. The specific services to be provided, the price, and the schedule will be outlined in a service agreement, which may be provided either in writing or electronically. Once a service request is made, the Company will schedule an appointment for the window cleaning. The Customer will be notified of the scheduled date and time, and both parties will confirm the appointment. If the Customer needs to reschedule or cancel the service, the Customer must provide notice at least [24 hours] prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement.

 

The Customer agrees to pay for the services provided by Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC in accordance with the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, cash. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services and seek legal action for the recovery of any outstanding amounts. All pricing for services is subject to change based on the scope of work and specific customer requirements. The price will be agreed upon before the service is performed. Any additional services requested by the Customer beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

 

The Customer agrees to provide the Company with accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, providing access to the property, informing the Company of any obstacles, hazards, or special requirements related to the service area, and ensuring that the work environment is safe for our staff. If the Customer does not provide the necessary access or information to allow the services to be performed as agreed, the Company reserves the right to cancel or delay the service and may charge a fee for any resulting delays or costs.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the provision of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the performance of services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service at issue in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

 

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the Customer’s breach of this Agreement, negligence, or failure to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement.

 

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to the Company’s website, services, and branding, including logos, trademarks, and designs, are the property of Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Customers are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing any of the Company’s intellectual property without express written consent.

 

By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our

Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Pacific Coast Window Cleaning Company, LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, power failures, or other events of force majeure.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the Customer terminates the Agreement before the completion of the services, the Customer may be required to pay for any work already performed or any costs incurred up to the point of termination. If the Company terminates the Agreement for any reason, the Customer will only be required to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive their right to a trial by jury.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of the page will be updated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
