Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with our services, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please contact us within [ 24 hours] of the completion of the service, and we will return to the property to correct any issues identified. In most cases, we will offer a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost.

 

If you are still unsatisfied after we have addressed your concerns, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made within [2 days] after the service has been performed. Refunds will be considered based on the circumstances of the service performed and any efforts made to remedy the situation.

 

Refunds will only be granted in cases where the service has been performed incorrectly or where the service did not meet the agreed-upon scope. If the customer has changed their mind about the service or if the customer did not provide adequate access to the property or services requested, no refund will be issued. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for services rendered in accordance with the original agreement.

 

If you cancel a service appointment with less than [24 hours] notice, we may charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to [25%] of the total service cost. If the service is canceled with sufficient notice, a full refund will be issued if the payment was made in advance.

 

Refunds, if eligible, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund will be processed within [10 business days] after approval. Certain services or fees, such as those related to specialized cleaning requests, are non-refundable. These will be outlined in the service agreement or contract before the work begins.
